Emotional Health and Wellbeing Support for 16-21 year olds. Access to a range of positive activities to address emotional health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, upcycling, mindfulness, holistic therapies, yoga, food for mood, laughter therapy etc. Group work and 1:1 support available to address low self esteem, anxiety, anger issues, peer pressure, relationships, sleep issues, stress, low confidence and isolation.
